Terms of use

Draft terms, under legal review before Afterbell leaves testnet.

Draft. These terms are being reviewed by a lawyer and will change before any trading with real funds.

  1. Afterbell is an interface to Hyperliquid. It is not an exchange, a broker or a custodian, and it is not affiliated with Hyperliquid or trade.xyz.
  2. You trade on Hyperliquid under Hyperliquid’s terms and the deployer’s rules. Afterbell sends the orders you sign and charges the builder fee you approve.
  3. You are responsible for the orders you place, for keeping your wallet and trading key safe, and for following the laws where you live.
  4. Prices, sessions and statistics are provided as is, may be late or wrong, and are not advice.
  5. Afterbell may change or stop the service at any time.
  6. Afterbell Pro and the API plan are paid in USDC on Hyperliquid for the time each payment buys; nothing renews by itself, and paid time is not refunded. An API key belongs to the wallet that signed for it: keep it secret, since anyone holding it uses that wallet’s plan.
  7. The API plan allows the data in apps, bots and dashboards that serve other people; Free and Pro are for your own use.

How Afterbell handles data is on the privacy page.
