What Afterbell keeps, where, and what it never asks for. Draft, under legal review before Afterbell leaves testnet.

Draft. This page is being reviewed by a lawyer together with the terms.

No account, no tracking

Afterbell has no sign-up and no password. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It never asks for a seed phrase or a private key.

Kept in your browser

Your settings (language, theme, watchlist, alerts), the trading key your wallet approved and your Afterbell API key stay in this browser’s storage. They are not sent to Afterbell’s server. Clearing this site’s data removes them.

Kept on Afterbell’s server

  • When your wallet signs to get an API key, start a trial, accept an invite or choose an invite code: the wallet address, the date, and the inviter or code.
  • Trades placed through Afterbell, read from Hyperliquid’s public records, to count the season’s points and the builder fees.
  • Feedback you send: the message, the page it came from and your browser’s name, plus the contact and wallet you choose to add.
  • When you turn on alerts for a device: that browser’s push address (an opaque token from its push service), your price alerts, the tickers on your watchlist, the traders you follow, and the wallet whose fills, liquidation risk and earnings reports it should watch. Turning alerts off removes them.
  • When you turn on running while away: a trading key Afterbell generates for your account and keeps encrypted on the server. Your wallet approves it as a Hyperliquid agent, which can place and cancel orders and can never withdraw or move funds. With it the server holds your timed orders and trailing stops and runs them. Turning it off deletes the key and the lists; you can also revoke the agent on Hyperliquid at any time.

Wallet addresses, positions and trades are public on Hyperliquid already. The traders pages show what Hyperliquid’s public API publishes.

Addresses and countries

Your IP address counts requests against the rate limits, in memory, and is not saved. Cloudflare carries the site’s traffic: it sees your IP address to deliver pages and tells the server your country, which decides whether trading is open there.

Orders

Orders go from your browser to Hyperliquid, signed by your wallet’s trading key, under Hyperliquid’s own terms. Afterbell’s server never holds funds or keys.
